I have now migrated this blog to WordPress. The new blog is using the old domain name, http://www.byronblogs.com. Since it's still the old domain i'm using, your bookmarks and links should be automatically directed toward the new blog. Since you are here reading this post, head on over to the new site.

Edit: The byronblogs domain now points to this site yet again. The web server of the the other blogs sucks to the point that I was not motivated to blog anymore. So I'm now reviving this one again.

One of the activities for this year's Ibalong Festival in Legazpi City, Albay is the First Mayon Trail Run. This will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2008.

This run is open to all running enthusiasts who would like to experience the beauty of Albay and Mayon Volcano. The race has two categories, the 18K Train Run and the 5k Fun Run/Walk. The 18K starts at Penaranda Park, goes to Lignon Hill, then to the Lava Front and back to Lignon Hill again for the finish. Meanwhile, the 5K Fun Run/Walk goes from Penaranda Park to Lignon Hill only.

Prizes go as high as Php30,000 for the one going to be declared as the King of Mayon Trail Run. There will also be prizes to be given by one of the sponsors, North Face.

I got this from my email today and I thought I'd like to share.

Dear Tech Support,
Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed that the new
program began making an expected changes to the accounting modules,
limiting access to flower and jewelry applications that had
operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0. In addition, Husband 1.0
uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Hot-sex 1.0 and


Romance 9.9 but installed undesirable programs such as NFL 5.0 and NBA 3.0.
Conversation 8.0 no longer runs and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system.
I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.

Dear Desperate Wife,
Keep in mind that Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.
Try to enter the command: C:/ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and install Tears 6.2.
Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications: Guilty 3.0 and Flowers 7.0.
But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to GrumpySilence 2.5, Happyhour 7.0 or Beer 6.1.
Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will create "Snoring Loudly" wave files.
DO NOT install Mother-In-Law 1.0 or reinstall another Boyfriend program.
These are not supported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.
In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited
memory and cannot learn new applications quickly.
Consider buying additional software to improve performance. I personally recommend
HotFood 3.0, Lingerie 5.3 and Keep-a-nice- body 10.1
